If you're more conscious of how you eat, feel, and move, you'll want to try and do them the right way. Therefore it's a great motivator. Plus, we've consulted a vast array of health professionals, including Health Canada's Food Guide, and a Naturopathic Doctor — Dr. Natasha Turner, ND you'll learn the right way to do things.

You sure can. Take this test drive and see what you think.
Do I have to update everything every single day? That seems like a lot of work.
Not at all. What we do ask is when you first start after registering, try and fill in every section. That way you'll get a more accurate snapshot of your wellness. After that, update only what you want to. For example, say on the 'How You Eat' page, you input that you had 6 glasses of water today. Tomorrow when you visit the site again, it won't be at zero. It will remain at 6. If you don't update something, we'll assume it has remained the same and it will not affect your BioBest number. But remember, you only get out of it what you put into it; so using it daily is best.
